Pittsburgh Walk Planning Committee:
We have an incredible Walk Planning Committee that meets monthly throughout most of the year to plan for the annual Pittsburgh Autism Speaks Walk. There are a number of subcommittees available: Family Teams, School Teams, Resource Fair and Service Provider Teams, First-Year Teams, Grand Club, Team Village, Corporate Sponsorship, Publicity, Entertainment, Volunteer, and Walk Day Logistics. There’s a place for everyone! We usually meet the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30pm.

Chefs Create Pittsburgh Planning Committee:
Do you like party planning? This may be the committee for you! Our annual gala draws over 300 guests each year. We pair over a dozen of Pittsburgh’s finest chefs with an individual on the autism spectrum to create a unique, one of a kind dish in their honor that truly tells a story. An exclusive Silent Auction and basket raffles are just a few of the many exciting features of this prestigious event. Sound like fun?

Other Volunteer Opportunities:
Throughout the year, we frequently have other volunteer opportunities available, such as advocacy efforts, exhibiting at community events, the Light It Up Blue campaign (in April) and even office support. If you can lend your time and talents, we would love to hear from you!
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 412-367-4571 and provide your name, email and the best phone number where we can reach you.
