Why these volunteers shipped 3000 puzzle piece pins to NCAA coaches

Coaches Powering Forward for Autism was created after NCAA coaches Pat Skerry and Tom Herrion, whose sons are both diagnosed with autism, embarked on a mission in 2014 to raise awareness and advocate for the needs of families and individuals affected by autism.

Last Thursday night, AXiD volunteers joined Autism Speaks staff to ship over 3000 pins to the 250+ coaches participating in Coaches Powering Forward for Autism over the weekend of February 19th through the 21st.

There's still time to register your team, too! Help us raise autism awareness in colleges across the country!
