Shawn Francis is a devoted husband & family man. He & his wife of 14 years, Laura, are parents to seven
children. Two of which are daughters from Laura's previous marriage, four of which are his sister in law's
children who he & Laura have adopted, & one of which is their biological son who is 13 & was diagnosed with
Autism at the age of three. Shawn has over a decade of experience providing financial education & services to
families. His passion is service to others. As a Special Needs Advocate, he has 13 years of experience including
being an ambassador with Autism Speaks & a member of the Autism Parents Advisory Board of Children's
Hospital of Los Angeles.
Brian Altounian is the father of three children, one of whom is an adult daughter diagnosed with a
developmental disability at the age of three. His personal advocacy on her behalf is in large part why she is
thriving today & living independently despite being told by doctors upon her diagnosis that the case would be
otherwise. Over the last 30 years, Brian has worked as an Executive across multiple industries & served as the
CEO of numerous companies, bringing them to market. Just under 5 years ago, Brian made the very conscious
choice to bring his passion & talents to Revolution Financial Management to serve others, including the special
needs community based on his personal experience as a parent.
When an accident 31 years ago resulted in a spinal cord injury that left him without the use of his arms or legs,
Adam Hancock instantly became a member of the special needs community. To say that he had to adjust to a
new life is an understatement. Despite unimaginable challenges, doubt & fear, he now serves as a guide or
mentor for others who have had to adjust to a life of limited physical mobility due to catastrophic injury or
illness. He has over a decade of experience providing financial service & education to others.
Gene Coppa has more than 20 years experience across multiple industries including business ownership. He has
been serving families with Revolution Financial Management for nearly a decade & takes a very tactical
approach that is transparent, solution-oriented, & designed to both serve and educate clients. Gene has a
connection to the special needs community because his two daughters have been teaching special needs ballet
for nearly ten years. He also has a personal connection through difficulties he's experienced in his own life
developing epilepsy later in his life.
