Music Therapy is the clinical and evidence-based use of music interventions to achieve individualized goals within a therapeutic relationship by a board certified Music Therapist. Music Therapy has proven to be effective for children with autism to develop socially and emotionally, improve cognitive and communication skills, develop fine and gross motor skills, and increase attention span. I am a Board Certified Music Therapist with extensive experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, LD, and other physical and cognitive disorders. I also have a piano studio where I teach students of all ages and abilities.
