May Center for ABA Services

The May Center for ABA Services is a non-profit organization in Richmond and the Hampton Roads region that provides researched based, behavioral intervention to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other special needs. Our organization provides ABA therapy within the home as well as in the community to help families and caregivers to support the client’s development to promote independence. Challenging behavior is approached in a positive manner using functional based treatments. Services are designed on an individualized basis based on the clinical needs of our clients using the most up to date technology within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

School-based services range from consultation with individual students at school to classroom wide interventions aimed at increasing the skills and competencies of public school personnel to system-wide consultation aimed at achieving organizational change within a district.
