InReach

InReach is an established leader in providing housing, jobs and community support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Charlotte/Mecklenburg and surrounding counties. This year, InReach will serve approximately 1,200 children and adults by:

  • CONNECTING individuals with securing and maintaining jobs, volunteer opportunities, and community activities and resources
  • OFFERING safe, affordable housing options including group homes, condos and apartments
  • PROMOTING independence and providing assistance with reaching personal goals
  • IMPLEMENTING daily support to individuals with more significant disabilities in their homes and community
  • PROVIDING emergency financial assistance for urgent needs
