The Guam Early Intervention System (GEIS), under the Guam Department of Education, Division of Special Education provides services and support to young children birth to three years of age who have or are at risk for developmental delays and disabilities. Early intervention services are provided in the child’s home or community settings, such as child care centers, playground, beach, etc.
