UPDATED: September 10, 2018

Adolescents with ASD often have high intellectual ability, but struggle as they move from high school to college or the work world. Social and organizational challenges can be overwhelming. ASD Transitions prepares and supports students in making the transition to more independent living and learning. ASD Transitions provides personalized coaching for growth in key areas, such as executive functioning, stress and time management, social interactions, and life skills.
