ADULT COMMUNITY TRANSITION (ACT) SERVICES

Located in the vibrant downtown of Highland Park the community-based ACT program supports adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities lead active lives in their community. Participants engage in recreational and social activities, volunteer and educational opportunities, life skills building, and community based activities. We also offer a variety of community outings that occur weekly. The ACT program is designed to engage participants and increase independence, self-confidence, and align with their personal goals and interests.
