Adulting on the Spectrum: Ross Voorhees on being a mental health therapist

About eight years ago, Ross finally figured out that he was on the spectrum, even after becoming a mental health therapist prior. He wound up writing a book about what he learned about autism from both perspectives and how that's changed his work with his clients, who are also on the spectrum.
