For approx. 45 mins, Sound Wellness Musician Charles Tedesco will be playing a combination of different instruments ranging from crystal singing bowls, to native American drums, gongs/chimes and tuning forks. Students will be invited to simply lay on yoga mats provided, in attendance with their parents. This soundscape of nature frequencies is designed to balance, center and ground participants. The natural sounds will help them feel more relaxed, present and calm, releasing anxiety and agitation. This event was designed and geared toward the special needs population.
