All classes are offered in the morning and the evening to accommodate parent’s schedules.

September 14th- 9:30-11:00 AM or 5:00-6:30 PM
Understanding ASD- Parents will gain an understanding of 3 core areas affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders and how it impacts our child’s abilities in communication, self-regulation and learning.

October 12th - 9:30-11:00AM or 5:00-6:30 PM
How to Support Communication- Communication challenges impact children with ASD or a Developmental Delay. We will discuss the various forms of communication (verbal and nonverbal) and how best to support our children as their ability to communicate develops.

November 9th - 9:30-11:00AM or 5:00-6:30 PM
Visual Supports- Many children are visual learners. Visual supports promote communication and independence. Families will learn how to implement these tools at home and in the community. The group will be provided copies of visual support tools to use at home.

All Workshops will take place via ZOOM
