A class for children and adolescents with autism or Down syndrome. Provides group socialization, coordination, strength, conditioning for children age 8 and up. This class is led by strength and conditioning coaches with experience coaching children with special needs. This class is conducted every Tuesday at 11 am and Thursday at 2 pm.
