The ACA and Ohio

When I buy my individual or small group policy, including through Ohio's health insurance marketplace, will applied behavior analysis (ABA) be covered?

Yes. Insurers that offer new coverage to individuals and small businesses are expected to cover ABA. Ohio imposes weekly and annual hour caps on the amount of ABA that must be provided each year.
