The ACA and New York

When I buy my individual or small group policy, including through New York's health insurance marketplace, will applied behavior analysis (ABA) be covered?

Yes. Insurers that offer new coverage to individuals and small businesses are expected to cover ABA beginning in 2014. New York imposes various caps on the amount of ABA that must be provided each year.
