Autism Workforce

UPDATED: August 27, 2019

Autism Workforce (AW) helps educate and train companies on how to successfully hire and work with those with autism. We are driven to help companies enjoy the benefits of employing this ready, willing, and able workforce. Using our researched employment model, we bridge the gap between good intentions and the need to take care of business. This collaboration results in having the right person in the right job, and a great return on investment for the company.

AW services include Staff Training and Enlightenment, Creating Autism-Ready Jobs, Mock Interview Programs, On-Site Employment Coaching, and an Employment Prep Program offered at our Autism Can-Do Center.

Our Employment Prep Program is designed to equip those with autism with better interview skills, confidence, and resources to showcase their talents. Program requirements are 18 + years, verbal communication, work or volunteer experience, basic computer skills, and access to internet and downloading files. If interested in this program contact Amy Willer at or 773-575-5100.
