OPS's goal and objective is to create an Inclusion Care Services (ICS), to efficiently train people with developmental disabilities (DD) in a consumer-directed and choice-based system to be more included and independent. OPS is focused on efficiently upgrading the life of individuals with DD by providing more customized services required for each individual, depending on individual's needs, to make life more independent via the Integrated care Services (ICS) Method.
