We are a community-based organization providing a wide range of services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, families in crisis, and people with HIV/AIDS. Our mission is to help each person we assist become as independent as possible. HeartShare serves more than 25,000 New Yorkers annually at more than 60 program locations.
