Ms. Harvey's efforts are focused on families of children with special needs and other disabled individuals.  She assists families in getting appropriate guardianship and conservatorship authority for children who are reaching adulthood.  She also works with families to prepare estate plans and preserve assets to the extent possible.  As the mother of a son with special needs, she is particularly sensitive to the needs of these families.
