The Arc of South Carolina advocates alongside and for individuals living with cognitive, intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1957. The Arc of South Carolina is a non-profit, grassroots organization, which was founded over 55 years ago, by a small group of parents and other individuals concerned about the rights of people living with developmental disabilities.
