Conference Pricing Information

The conference registration fee includes conference materials, breakfast and lunch on both days (if registering for both days) and an evening reception on July 26. Conference participants will also receive discount tickets for local events and attractions. Registration will be confirmed within two weeks of receipt of payment. To ensure the quality and comfort of the conference experience, registrations will be limited.

A limited number of discounted registrations are available via the online registration site on a first come first served basis.

·         Continuing Education Credit is only available to participants registering at the “Physician,” “Social Work” or “Other Professional” rate.

To download a Family Registration Fee Waiver Application, click here.

A limited number of fee waivers are available to families with financial need. To apply you must complete the registration form and complete the fee waiver/scholarship application request. A small number of travel assistance funds may also be available. Applications will be reviewed by the members of the planning committee. Registration will be confirmed once the fee waiver is approved. Families not approved for a fee waiver will still have the option to register with payment. The fee waivers are only available to families. Professional registrants are not eligible to apply.

Continuing Education for Physicians

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of The Nationwide Children's Hospital and Autism Speaks. The Nationwide Children's Hospital is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Nationwide Children's Hospital designates this live activity for a maximum of 12.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.


Nationwide Children’s Hospital is approved by the Ohio Psychological Association MCE Program to offer continuing education for psychologists. Please check with your individual credentialing board regarding transferring credit to other states.
