Location

Mosaic in Waco is licensed to serve individuals in all counties under the authority of the Heart of Texas and the Central Counties Centers for MHMR services. This consists of an eleven county area. Currently our program provides services in all eleven counties. Mosaic began operations in Waco in 2001 after the need arose to open an office and day program in the area due to growth. In 2003 the agency expanded its office space and relocated to the current location.
