The Ys adapted swim lesson program is designed for children with special needs, ages 3-18. With the needs of each individual in mind, the goal of this program is to provide basic water instruction and to teach water safety skills in a therapeutic and fun manner, as they swim one on one with a swim buddy. Each session consists of 8 lessons, Friday afternoons from 4:45pm-5:30pm.
