Transitions Program

The Transitions Program is a joint effort betweenAutismAction Partnership and the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) to provide opportunities for young adults (18-25) to expand social connections in a safe environment. Two young adults on theautismspectrum are placed in a group with two typically developing peers. They attend large & small group outings as well as specific programming to support the development of social competencies.
