Reed Academy

UPDATED: February 15, 2019

Reed Academy is a non-profit therapeutic day school dedicated to helping boys with social and emotional needs, since 1975. The purpose of their highly structured program is to promote academic growth, using the MA Curriculum Frameworks, as well as social and behavioral development. Reed Academy has provides an extended day for its students, as well as an extended year session, which is in a camp-like format. In addition to academic enrichment to prevent substantial regression, our students enjoy swimming, fishing, field trips, basketball, gardening, cooking, hiking and biking in nearby Callahan State Park.

The Academy is located in a lovely residential neighborhood in Framingham, MA. Clinical, teaching and administrative staff work year-round to ensure that students receive a program designated to meet their academic and social/emotional needs. Reed accepts applications throughout the school year, as well as openings for the summer program, and Extended Evaluation Assessments.
