LA Concierge Psychologist

UPDATED: September 10, 2018

I'm a clinical psychologist that provides in-home therapy on the Westside of Los Angeles. I specialize in supporting neurodiverse adolescents (13-17), emerging adults (18-29), and young adults (30+). Many of my clients have Autism Spectrum Disorder and struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and ADHD. I blend the best parts of action-oriented coaching and insight-oriented talk therapy to assist individuals transition to adulthood. I tailor my therapeutic approach to the unique needs of each of my clients. Sessions are a mix of exploration, reflection, problem-solving, and action.

I earned my doctorate in psychology from Baylor University. Prior to that, I earned my bachelor's in psychology, sociology, and education from the University of California, Los Angeles. I have over 15 years working in the mental health field, working in a variety of settings (e.g., psychiatric hospitals, speech and language clinic, college counseling center, therapeutic school). Most recently, I was the Director of a life skills coaching program and independent living program for emerging adults struggling to become independent.
