UPDATED: May 6, 2019
Pioneer Center for Human Service’s mission is 'to help people live a dignified life of well-being, independence and inclusion'. Pioneer Center’s employees strive to fulfill this mission through three service pillars: Developmental Disability (includes Autism Services), Homeless (McHenry County PADS) and Behavioral Health Services. Pioneer Center provides quality programs for youth and adults through its Autism Services programs including the Cary Group Home (for children), Lakewood Group Home (for adults) and Autism Day Services (for adults and transitioning youth). All Pioneer Center programs provide access to community linkages, education, and training that prepares clients for independent living.
