The mission of the Paso del Norte Children’s Development Center is to help children with disabilities reach their fullest potential by providing comprehensive therapeutic, education, and childcare services. The Center is organized into three service departments, each providing a different type of service: Early Childhood Intervention, El Papalote Inclusive Child Development Center, Therapy Services and the Community Resource Center.
