The M Center was founded by two mothers on a mission, Dr. Maia and Dr. Monica. After walking through the experience of healing our own children with a Functional Medicine approach, we discovered our children were a catalyst to the realization of our life mission – to share our expertise, insight, and healing approaches with other families like our own.
Since we have personally experienced Autism, ADHD, anxiety, Sensory Processing Disorder, and learning difficulties, we truly understand the physical, mental, and financial stresses that are placed on the entire family. It is our mission to offer a medical home for all families, so they may be heard and cared for.
By combining our skills, expertise, and experiences, the concept of healing from the heart was born. Our experiences from both sides of the exam table as patients, parents, and healthcare professionals has provided us with priceless insight to help others along their journey to healing.
