LEAP Program

Post secondary

UPDATED: September 10, 2018

Eaton Academy's LEAP and LIFE programs are designed to meet specific needs of the students as a post-secondary transitional program. Participants of the programs focus on developing social, communication, and work skills. Participants attend a work site in the mornings where they learn various skills to be successful in the workforce, among some of these skills are communication with management, organizing work tasks, and accepting constructive feedback.
Our LIFE program is for young adults who desire independent living. We help them transition from living at home into an actual apartment with a roommate. Our clients then receive a life coach to assist them with cooking, cleaning, shopping, keeping, a job and finances.
