Law Office of Felicia Lebewohl Rosen, PLLC

UPDATED: April 17, 2020

The Law Office of Felicia Lebewohl Rosen, PLLC is dedicated to the practice of special education law. We want to help you and your child receive the education and opportunities that s/he deserves and is legally entitled to.

We represent parents who suspect their children may have a disability as well as parents whose children have already been classified as entitled to special education and services and/or accommodations and modifications. We assist parents in navigating the special education process, obtaining a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) for their child in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) and understanding what a FAPE and LRE mean for their particular child, developing an appropriate Individual Education Plan (IEP) or Section 504 Plan, obtaining an Independent Education Evaluation (IEE) at no expense to the parent, and facilitating placement in a special education Non-Public School (NPS). We can prepare parents for and represent them at CSE, CPSE, IEP and Section 504 meetings; throughout Due Process proceedings; and at suspension hearings.
