Dr. Jennifer Del Valle is a licensed psychologist (in Puerto Rico) and a mom of an adult on the spectrum. She specializes in providing comprehensive evaluations of psychological, developmental, cognitive, academic, behavioral, emotional, and social functioning of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Cognitive Impairment, complex trauma including sexual abuse and/or other conditions. She is an expert with 17 years of clinical experience providing therapy for anxiety, depression, behavior disorders, social skills deficits, and emotion regulation. Individual and group psychotherapy focusing on Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Art Therapy, psychoeducation, IEP support with children and adolescents with Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, and their families in San Lorenzo & Rio Piedras Puerto Rico.
Dr. Del Valle has a Clinical Herbalist and Life Coach certification. As she said: “I empower families to understand Autism and support their family members in a non-judgmental acceptance environment. As an herbalist, I teach how herbal properties can benefit everyone's wellness”.
