Hudson Valley Swim

UPDATED: March 29, 2023

Hudson Valley Swim has been providing swim lessons since 2003 for all ages and abilities starting as early as 6 months through adult. Along with our group classes, our swim program offers private lessons for students with special needs. First and foremost we teach water safety and survival skills to prevent drowning.
Swimming helps build core strength and coordination. Water can be soothing for individuals with special needs. Water's buoyancy relieves the stress that gravity places on muscles. In water, people can have a greater range of motion, coordination, and improved flexibility. It can also improve social well-being and it supports independence. Our pool is indoors and heated so swim lessons are available year round.
