HOPE Horses Helping People is a nonprofit 501©(3) corporation dedicated to providing A full range of high quality, state of the art, equine-assisted therapy and activity programs to meet the diverse needs of the citizens of north central Florida. HOPE’s vision is to be the leading provider of equine-assisted therapies and programs in north central Florida. HOPE’s mission is to provide equine-assisted programs in a healing environment that enhance personal growth, empowerment, and well-being.
Based in Archer, HOPE has provided equine assisted therapies and activities to children and adults with special needs since 2000. Programs include: Occupational Therapy, Adaptive Riding, Changing Strides, Horses Helping Heroes, Memory Connections, Special Olympics, Equine Assisted Learning and At Risk Youth. The creativity of development continues daily, within our own programs and with contract organizations, who work in collaboration with HOPE to facilitate the needs of our clients to grow and heal in many ways.

Our Autism Response Team (ART) is specially trained to connect people with autism, their families, and caretakers to information, tools, and resources.
