Hope Grows

Hope Grows is a non-profit organization located in Pittsburgh, PA, however, available virtually for support anywhere. We provide emotional and mental health support to caregivers. Many services include, but are not limited to: mental health counseling, monthly ‘check-in’ phone calls, education & peer support groups (in-person & virtual), caregiver respite events and programs throughout the year, nature therapy and coming soon, overnight respite for caregivers at the Iris Respite House and Healing Gardens. Many of our services have been converted to virtual support.
