Creative Connections consists of expert educators and therapists that help empower families through integrated, individualized services. We provide a variety of services, including family coaching, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, academic and behavioral support, IEP development and advocacy, case management and social learning support. At Creative Connections, LLC, our educators and therapists work together to meet the needs of children and families in holistic and sustainable ways.
