UPDATED: August 4, 2020
COMMUNITY FOR PERMANENT SUPPORTED HOUSING (CPSH) is a 501(c)(3) organization with a laser focus on assisting I/DD individuals and their families in creating a person-centered independent living arrangement that offers them the best opportunity for happiness and self-fulfillment.
Founded in 2010, by mothers with business experience, seeking ways to create housing options for family members and other people with disabilities, CPSH works with individuals, families, and community and government leaders in the seven county North Texas Area of Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Kaufman, Rockwall and Tarrant Counties.
Person-Centered Independent Living (PCIL) is the cornerstone of all CPSH activities and goals. PCIL incorporates housing, community, and support services appropriate to each person’s needs, ensuring stability and long-term peace of mind – for the individual and their family.
