The College to Career Program is a new program designed to help students with intellectual disabilities and/or autism obtain employment in the community in the career area of their choice. C2C is a three-year program culminating in competitive paid employment in Sonoma County for participating students. \ \ Serving a cohort of 20 students annually, C2C is designed to meet the unique needs of students who are challenged with intellectual disabilities and/or autism in postsecondary education and the workforce. C2C is one of five such programs in the State of California and is a cooperative program with the California Department of Rehabilitation.
