The College to Career (C2C) Program is a 3 year program at Fresno City College, housed within the Disabled Students Program and Services. C2C is designed to meet the needs of students with intellectual disabilities in postsecondary education and in the workforce. The goal of C2C is to help students gain skills to assist with obtaining employment in the career of their choice. This program provides on-campus academic instruction, support from a vocational counselor, educational coaches as well as assistance with integrating into college life and using campus resources. To be eligible, students must have a verified intellectual disability or autism. Students must also be eligible for services with the Department of Rehabilitation. Above all, students must be motivated and committed to gain employment.
