Circle of Friends in Love

Circle of Friends (COF) is a non-profit organization that was started to help children and teenagers with special needs facilitate friendships in 2002. Founded in January 2002 by two families with teenagers with autism and five high school volunteers, COF assists parents of children with disabilities who seek for their children to having meaningful friendships both with other children with autism and other developmental disabilities and peers who are typically developing. COF started out as a program for Korean-American children but has branched out to other minority communities and also include services for not only children but also adults. Our weekly program includes various activities in music, art, and sports, hand chimes performances, and field trips.
