CDI, a specialized call center of CT's 2-1-1, serves as the access point for the CT Birth to Three System, Help Me Grow & ASQ Child Monitoring Program, Early Childhood Special Education & Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs program. Care Coordinators provide information & referrals related to development, behavior, health & disability issues. CDI is also the access point for CTs Learn the Signs, Act Early Initiative for early identification of autism.
