We're an advanced Applied Behavior Analysis service provider for children with autism. We emphasize Verbal Behavior and pairing (that means making sure our clients love to be here!). As a policy, our facilities do use restraint or seclusion. Instead we use advanced antecedent management strategies (instead of reacting to problem behaviors, we structure our environments so there's less reason for those behaviors to even occur). Our staff are either RBT certified or will be within 120 days. And our BCBA's have small case load sizes (usually around 6 kids), making sure we can see weekly progress for each our of clients.
