For over 30 years, Bay Community Support Services has provided personalized services to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in Southern and Central Maryland. Independence, meaningful community involvement and personal successes are the cornerstones of the agency. Furthermore, Bay-CSS is committed to the belief that every individual, regardless of their ability or disability, is afforded the opportunities and skills necessary to work, live, and participate in their local community. The services our agency provides are specially designed to support varying levels of intellectual abilities and physical mobility. These services include Residential Support provided in agency group homes, Individual & Personal Support Services provided in privately-owned homes, Supported Employment & Vocational Services, Day Activity Centers, nursing care, transportation, and much more.
