Community Partners is excited to announce the addition of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) services utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). These services are available within the 13 counties of Northeast Georgia (Banks, Dawson, Forsyth, Franklin, Habersham, Hall, Hart, Lumpkin, Rabun, Stephens, Towns, Union, and White), which has been a largely underserved region. Families of individuals with ASD with Medicaid coverage are now able to access adaptive behavior treatment services through any of Avita’s 13 outpatient clinics across the region. The Autism Treatment Program is currently open for children, adolescents, and adults under the age of 21.
