Achievement Center, Inc.
Behavior Analytic Services
UPDATED: September 10, 2018
Behavior Analytic Services (BAS) of the Achievement Center provide community-based ABA services to children and young people aged 18 months to 21 years diagnosed with ASD. Services include Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC) and Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) and are billed through Medical Assistance and/or commercial insurance as part of Pennsylvania's Behavior Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS). BAS provides Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), function-based treatment planning to reduce problematic behavior, language and social skills assessments using the PEAK and AIM models, language and social skills curricula, assessment and treatment of food selectivity, and adaptive skills assessment and treatment - specifically addressing toileting, feeding, sleeping, and community access issues with children and adolescents diagnosed with ASD.
Diagnostic services are also available through our outpatient clinic - including ADOS administration and full evaluative and diagnostic services. Medication management is also available through this outpatient clinic.
Additionally, the Achievement Center conducts an ACTive Parenting program which melds ABA services for the child with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for the parent(s) to assist with increasing parent engagement and effectiveness.
