Abilities is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) agency providing a full array of community integrated employment and day program support services for individuals with disabilities. We are proud to share with you that we have been in operation for over 40 years, managing 6 program locations throughout Warren County and providing services and supports to over 350 people daily in Warren County, northern Hunterdon County, western Morris County and southern Sussex County.


Abilities take great pride in our innovative program options and opportunities which we provide to ALL who are seeking supports to achieve their goals. Abilities is a consumer-driven, forward thinking organization, consistently creating new opportunities for success. Services provided include: vocational evaluation, career exploration and planning, prevocational training, vocational training, community job development, community job sampling and onsite training, job placement, individual and group supported employment, day habilitation, behavioral and medical supports, student transition and transportation. Abilities Day Habilitation programs provide individualized support for adults of all ages including those with complex medical and behavioral special needs. Participants are provided with the opportunity to be active and support their community while acquiring new skills and experiences.
