Twin brothers with autism are heart and soul of this basketball team

January 22, 2016

Two twin brothers at Frenship High in Wolfforth, Texas have become the heart and soul of the Tiger basketball team.

Andrew and Matthew Reyna have autism. The Reyna's became managers for the team in 2013, and showed their worth immediately.

"You couldn't ask for a better two guys to be a part of program than Matthew and Andrew,” varsity head coach Paul Page told EverythingLubbock. "They are, I want to say, the backbone of our basketball program."

Despite losing their father in 2013, they showed up for games and practice. They even scored five three-pointers combined in a single game.

They're still managers of the team — and treated like family.
