Temple Emanu-El, one of the largest synagogues in the world, will Light it Up Blue on the evening of April 2!
The temple was the first Reform Jewish congregation in New York City, and since 1845, has served as a flagship congregation of the Reform branch of Judaism. It's located on the east side of Fifth Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets in midtown Manhattan, New York City.
"The blue light that we will be shining at Temple Emanu-El is in honor of the 70-million people affected with autism around the world. It is truly significant and meaningful. Temple Emanu-El is proud to light up in support," the group wrote on their Facebook page.
