A mother of a 17-year-old daughter with autism is looking for a couple who showed them both extreme kindness at a doctor's office visit recently, WSET reported.
Jackie Paris and her daughter, Shyann, were at a doctor's office when Shyann got upset. She can get loud sometimes in public and Jackie has to calm her down with sign language, Paris says.
That's when a couple started talking to her about their grandchildren who have autism, Paris said. They had a nice conversation and as they went to leave, the woman, whose name she never caught, put money in her hand, told her to take her daughter to eat and left.
When Paris looked in her hand, she was stunned. "When I looked down and went to put the money in my wallet, it was a hundred dollar bill....and I lost it, cause no one has ever done that...nobody," WSET reported.
