McDonald’s announced plans on Thursday to include fruits and vegetables in many of its adult menu combinations and to promote more nutritional options to children. The company plans to market these healthier choices through all of its marketing channels. The announcement was made in conjunction with the Clinton Foundation’s campaigns to reduce childhood obesity
McDonald's plans to make these changes in 20 of the its largest markets, accounting for more than 85 percent of its overall sales, including overseas.
